SUP

SUP’ping i.e. stand up paddle boarding is an easy and safe type of water sport, which is suitable for everyone. Previous experience is not required for these classes, as our qualified instructors will guide you along!

You can join SUP classes during the summer season in Lauttasaari at Kasinoranta. You will be provided with the necessary equipment for SUP at the class itself, including: board, paddle and floating vest. The best attire for SUP’ing is weather appropriate light sportswear.

SUP-Outdoor

During the SUP Outdoor class you will learn the basics of stand up paddle boarding; safety regulations, handling the board and paddle, how to stand up on the paddle board and paddling techniques.

SUP Pilates / Yoga

During a SUP Pilates / Yoga class we will first get acquainted with the basics of stand up paddle boarding. After this the class consists of Pilates and yoga moves. The class progresses calmly, as you listen to the prompts of your body. The emphasis of the class is on balancing, getting to know your body, as well as deep muscle development.

SUP Fit & Balance

At SUP Fit & Balance class we will first get acquainted with the basics of stand up paddle boarding. Afterwards, the class is comprised of moves on the paddle board including body control, balancing and muscle strengthening through challenging moves. The class progresses calmly as you listen to the prompts of your body.
