The SUP Fit & Balance class is a new, versatile and effective group exercise class, comprised of muscle strengthening, body control, balance and mobility exercises as well as heart rate increasing sequences using either paddling or water resistance.

Compared to floor-based strength training, SUP training provides a more efficient training environment, as with every move you have to balance your body and use your deep muscles to control each posture! Come and try something completely new and challenge your body at our SUP Fit & Balance class!
