Plie is a fitness ballet class which is a little like a dance class, inspired by the classic tradition of ballet. The moves we make in this fitness class will remind you of ballet, but they’re combined with muscle conditioning moves and set to wonderful music!
This class strengthens your deepest muscles and opens up your body with functional exercises. It consists of a warmup, a muscle conditioning segment, pirouettes and jumps (there are variations here that will suit everyone) What’s more, at the end of the class we strengthen the core in a special segment and finish off with some restorative and flexibility enhancing stretches. This effective and fun, functional class will strengthen and open up your entire body and leave you with a great posture! What’s more, you don’t need to have a dance or ballet background to take part.
