‘Ladies’ is a fitness class designed for women over the age of 60. It consists of body conditioning exercises, stretches, and balance training. This class’s great music creates an energetic atmosphere and you don’t need to have prior experience of fitness classes to take part. The class conditions your muscles and tones your body. The class can be tailored to people of all ages, and people under the age of 60 are very much welcome to attend!
