IISEE Focus is the heaviest of the IISEE classes. You will cycle at higher heart rate zones than at the IISEE Aero class. This class is recommended for advanced cyclists. Classes at this level are recommended 1-2 times a week, combined with lighter training.
The class begins with two warm-up tracks. These are followed by three working tracks and recovery for three laps. The class ends with a cool down portion and stretching. You will cycle sitting down as well as standing up on the pedals during the class. The RPM at this class is at times faster than at Aero classes.
