Aero is aerobic fitness training. Those with less cycling experience will also fare well as long as you have a good grip on your cycling technique and posture.
The class begins with two warm-up tracks. These are followed by two high-intensity tracks and recovery for three laps. The class ends with a cool down portion and stretching. You will cycle sitting down as well as standing up on the pedals during this class. The RPM at this class is at times faster than in Lime classes.
